Pastors: Chad and Tasia Williams

Pastor and Tasia have been in ministry for 24 years. Pastor holds a degree in Human Behavior and Community Development. During his ministry, he served in Portland, Oregon, and Appleton, Wisconsin for several years. He has also worked as the Coordinator of Ministerial Training and Development for the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI). Additionally, he was involved in missionary work in the South Pacific, supervising 5 churches and 2 Bible Schools in Samoa. Tasia is a dedicated mom, speaker, teacher, leader, and prayer agent. Pastor has preached in various places across the U.S., Canada, and the South Pacific. He was ordained in the Wisconsin District of the UPCI and has also worked in City Government in Oregon and Washington. They are thrilled to be back in Portland as Metro Missionaries. The couple has been married for 18 years and has three sons: Ethan, Caleb, and Lukas. In their free time, they enjoy exploring Portland and the Northwest, indulging in coffee, food, music, hiking, sunsets, flyfishing, and creating unforgettable memories with their sons.

Family pastor: Timothy and Connie Scott

They've been in ministry for over 43 years, serving as Assistant Pastor in Pocatello, Idaho for a long time. While there, he was the Youth President of the United Pentecostal Church International of Idaho. Additionally, they were the Minister of Christian Education at Portland Pentecostals from 2002-2018. They were successful in reaching the new generation by creating a safe and engaging environment to teach Bible principles and show the path to salvation in Jesus Christ. During their time at Portland Pentecostals, she was involved in music ministry. She's very passionate about worship and music. They've been married since 1973 and have two children.
